This policy explains how personal data submitted through this website (saboxpand.com) is processed. It reflects how the website currently works: enquiries are handled by email, and no analytics or marketing tracking is used.

2. What data we process and why

Enquiry form. When you submit the contact form we process the information you provide: your name, company name, business email, country or target market, intended UAE activity, the route you are considering, ownership type, an optional company website or LinkedIn address, your message, and the two confirmations you tick. We use this only to respond to your enquiry and to assess whether there is a credible fit. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to a possible engagement, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Email. If you email us directly, we process your message and contact details in order to reply.

Server logs. Our hosting provider may automatically record technical data such as IP address, browser and time of access, in order to operate and secure the website. Legal basis: legitimate interest in a secure, stable website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. What we do not collect

This website does not offer document upload and does not request identity documents, proof of address, bank statements, KYC files, tax returns, contracts or payment-card information. Please do not send such material through the enquiry form.

4. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking cookies, and does not set cookies for tracking purposes. Fonts and all other assets are served from this website itself, so loading a page does not transmit your data to a third-party content provider. If this changes, this policy will be updated and, where required, a cookie notice will be added.

5. Who receives your data

Your data is processed by our hosting and email provider on our behalf, in order to operate the website and deliver enquiries to our mailbox. We do not sell your data.

Where you ask us to support a UAE matter, relevant information you provide may need to be shared with appropriately licensed professionals in order to act on your request. The UAE is outside the EU and EEA. Any such sharing takes place only where necessary to act on your request, and we will inform you beforehand.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and to meet any legal retention obligations, after which it is deleted.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data and to request rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise these rights, contact info@saboxpand.com.
